Coaching process: - Weekly sessions: We meet for 90 minutes each week to work on your personal issues and goals. In an empathetic and supportive environment, you'll explore what's holding you back and what you need to unleash your strengths. - Bodywork and meditation: We begin each session with targeted exercises for body awareness and meditation. These help you create an inner space of peace and serenity where you can better understand and integrate your sensitivity. Acting training:

Through creative techniques from acting training, we foster your expression and your ability to manage emotions. These methods not only strengthen your self-confidence but also improve your communication skills in everyday life.

Integration and reflection:

After each session, we'll reflect together on how you can integrate the learned techniques into your daily life. You'll be encouraged to share your progress and discuss challenges, enabling you to grow continuously.
